Return policy

To simplify returns, we prefer not to do exchanges: any return will be refunded.

Procedure and specifications

1) If the items you have ordered do not satisfy you, you have fifteen days, following the reception of your order, to contact us and specify:

-Your full name, Street address and email;
-The invoice number and the date you have received your items;
- The list of the items to refund;
- The reason of the return.

2) You have to receive our authorization before you continue on with the return. We will give you shipping instructions and the address to ship it to. The shipping costs are at your expense. The parcel has to be delivered within twenty one working days, otherwise the refund procedure will be canceled.

3) Once we have received the items, we will inspect them. Each returned item must be in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item has been worn, altered or shows signs of use.

4a) Payment with Paypal:The refund will be done online, within five working days following the receipt of the items, according to the payment method you have used. The value of an item will be refunded in full, without any additional fees. The shipping fees are non-refundable.

4b) Payment with credit cards (Stripe): The refund will be done online, within five working days following the receipt of the items, according to the payment method you have used. All transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. The shipping fees are non-refundable.


5) For any country other than Canada, you have to indicate: return of merchandise on the customs declaration. If not, Choc-An inc. will have to pay for customs and those fees will be retained from the refunded amount.

In store return

Any in store return will be fully refunded. You have to contact us and wait for our authorization before going in store for the return. The refund will be done online within five working days without any additional fees. The returned item must be in perfect condition or the refund might be refused. You will be sent an email to confirm the reception of your items.

Non refundable items

There is no refund for any the following items: on sale items, leather vests, underwear, bathing suits, socks, pantyhose, leggings, baby pyjamas, posters, CDs, vinyls, stickers, pins, laces, earrings, piercings, hair dye, hats, caps, shoe wax, shoe dye, designer items (clothes & accessories) and other accessories.
