1.1 - If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you must, within 15 days of receiving your order, send us your request by email and specify:


  • The order number (ORD...;INV...);
  • Whether it is a postal return or a store return;
  • Name, mailing address and email address;
  • The list of items requested for refund;
  • The reason for your request.


1.2 - The return must have been previously authorized by us (Please wait for our instructions before returning a package or going to the store).

1.3 - Items that show obvious signs of use may be partially refunded.

1.4 - We reserve the right to accept or refuse returned items for the reasons specified in our refund policy.

1.5 - The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

1.6 - United States and overseas countries must indicate " return of merchandise " on the customs declaration. Otherwise, Choc-An Inc. will be obliged to pay the customs fees which will be claimed and deducted from the refund.



  • Returned item(s) must be in new condition (We may refuse the return and full refund of your purchase if the returned item(s) is/are damaged)
  • Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable for the return of the package, unless otherwise stated.
  • Following the acceptance of the refund request, the package must be delivered to us within 21 working days.
  • The refund will be made within 5 working days following the reception of the return.
  • Note: We are not responsible for broken zippers (for all items).





2.1 - Customs fees or local taxes are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

   2.1.1 - If the package is held at the customs of your country, you must contact them yourself to recover your package.

   2.1.2 - During the delivery, in case of absence, a notice of passage will be left at your residence. You will have to follow the instructions of this notice to recover your parcel. After the indicated time, the package will be returned to the sender. In such a case, you will be charged the shipping costs. In addition, the shipping costs for the return of the package to you will also be charged to you.

2.2 - If you choose the following method: "Small Air Package WITH tracking number" and the package is lost, the investigation by Canada Post will begin after 45 days after the delivery date. Canada Post will notify us of their decision to refund or not after the investigation. If they decide to refund, it will cover the total amount of your purchase.

2.3 - Once the package is in the hands of Canada Post, an automatic email will be sent to you by our company, including some information about your order followed, shortly after, by an email from Canada Post with your tracking number and an approximate date of arrival of your package.

2.4 - We do not give discounts on merchandise on sale on our site or in store.



  • To reduce shipping costs, original boxes will not always be sent or may not be intact.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if multiple items are purchased or shipped with the original boxes. We will contact you to let you know.


Shipping estimate (International Surface Package): 2-3 months + add 10-14 days for customs and handling (with tracking number + full insurance)
