MEANING OF THE ORDER STATUS:

 

STATUS:  "ON HOLD" = Indicates that your order is in preparation. You will receive an email when your package is posted (with the tracking number). Thank you for your understanding!

 

STATUS"READY FOR SHIPMENT"  =  STATUS: "READY TO SHIP" = Indicates that we have just received your order and that it is in verification in our inventory. You will receive an email when your package is posted (with the tracking number). If by mistake your item is unavailable, we will email you to let you know with the refund process. Thank you for your understanding!

 

STATUS:  "READY FOR PICKUP" = If you have chosen to pick up your order in store, please wait until you receive the email confirming that pickup is ready. Thank you for your understanding!

 

STATUS"AWAITING PAYMENT"  =  Indicates that we have not received your payment. There was a problem during payment (address or postal code does not correspond with the information indicated with the bank issuing your credit card). For help, write us or call us at 514-842-7477 Monday to Friday between 11am and 5pm.

 

STATUS"COMPLETED"  =  Indicates that we have posted your package and that your order is completed (an email has been sent to you with the tracking number). Thank you!

 

STATUS"COMPLETED"  =  Indicates that the order was manually cancelled at the customer's request or that the item (s) are unavailable. (refund is in progress)

 

STATUS"AWAITING TRANSFER"  =  Indicates that your order is awaiting transfer from our other store (allow 5-15 days to wait). You will receive an email when your package is posted (with the tracking number). Thank you for your understanding!
