CUSTOMS - TAXES - LOST PACKAGE - SHIPPING - OTHERS

(1) - Customers are themselves responsible for all the customs fees or local taxes.

- If the package is held at customs in your country, you must contact them yourself to get your package.

- if you are not home when the parcel is delivered, a delivery notice card will be left in your mailbox. When a notice is left at the destination, it will explain pickup. Please note that the parcel must be picked up within the time frame listed on the notice. If not, it will be returned to the sender. In such a case, the delivery fees that will be charged to us upon reception of the parcel as well as the fees involved in shipping the parcel back to you will be charged to you.

(2) If you choose the following method of shipping: "Air Small Package without tracking number", no tracking number is available for this shipping method and the delivery delay is around 6 to 15 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

(3) If you use the "Air Small Package without tracking number" shipping method and if your package is lost, Canada Post will not do any reimbursement. If you use "Air Small Package with tracking number" shipping method and if your package is lost, Canada Post will not begin their inquiry until 45 working days after the delivery date. The inquiry will take 60 to 90 working days. At the end of their inquiry, they will decide whether a refund is applicable or not. During their inquiry, they may contact you by email or by phone.

(4) We do not reimburse any customer for those who choose the shipping method "Small Package Air without tracking number." For the shipping method "Air Small Package with tracking number", we will not refund any customer until Canada Post declares that the parcel is indeed lost and confirms to us about an eventual refund. When we receive the refund from Canada Post, we will let you know and we will then start the refund process immediately. You will be refunded the shipping fee plus the total amount you paid for the article(s).

(5) For other delivery methods, a tracking number will be available and the articles are insurable for the actual amount you paid for the item. The time for inquiry by Canada Post in the case of a lost package should be less but is undetermined. We will keep you informed when Canada Post communicates with us about the conclusion of the inquiry and a possible refund.

(6) Deliveries of packages are made between Monday and Thursday every week. When the packages are mailed, you will receive a delivery notification from us by email, including some information of your order, the tracking number (if available) and the approximate date of arrival of your package (number of working days or, in the case of international surface mail, weeks).

(7) Our office is closed from Friday to Sunday (inclusively). We only reply orders and messages from Monday to Thursday only.

(8) Discount not applicable on articles already on sale online or in store.

(9) Credits can be used online only. They are good at any time.

(10) We are not responsable if zippers breaks or if it's a manufacturing defect.


EXCHANGE

EXCHANGE POLICIES

(1) Possibility to exchange for certain items only.
(The clothes, accessories, shoes, boots must have not been worn or washed).

(2) No exchange on all the designer items (clothing and jewelry).

(3) At the time of an exchange, you have to take one or several articles for the same price; you may also get a credit pour your next purchase on x20.com and boots4all.com. (This credit is valid for all time).

(4) The credit does not apply to shipping fees.

(5) No exchange is allowed 15 days after receiving the parcel.

(6) If the items have a zipper, we are not responsable if it breaks or if it's a manufacturing defect.

NO EXCHANGE ON THE FOLLOWING ARTICLES:

(a) Leather vests, underwear, swimwear, socks, tights, leggings, and pyjamas for babies;

(b) Earrings, piercing jewelry, hairdye, beeswax, headband, hair clips, bandanas, hats, caps, tuques;

(c) Posters, alcohol bottles, cds, k7, vinyls, stickers, pins, patches, keychains, studs;

(d) Sandals, insoles, laces, shoe wax, shoe protector;

(e) All the products on sale (shoes, clothes, accessories, and other products).

EXCHANGE PROCECURE:

(1) If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us without any delay by email (before 15 days). In your message, please indicate:

(a) Your full name, postal address, and email.

(b) The date of your purchase.

(c) The list of items you wish to return.

(d) The list of articles you want in exchange.

(e) The reason for the exchange.

(2) The return must first be authorized by us beforehand.

(Our boutiques do not accept any unauthorized parcels.

(3) Defective items that show signs of wear cannot be returned.

(4) We reserve the rights to accept or reject articles that do not conform to our sales policies or, after verification, are not acceptable for an ulterior sale.

IMPORTANT:

(1) Postage fees are non-refundable.

(2) Following the approval of the return request, the parcel should be mailed to us within 21 working days.

(3) If the parcel is not received within 21 working days, the return will be cancelled.

(4) The items you want in exchange will be sent to you within 14 days after we receive the returned items.

(5) The customer is responsible for the exchange shipping costs (return and send back the parcel)

(6) If you want to pay by Paypal for the shipping fee for the exchanged items, we shall apply a surcharge of 2.9% (of shipping fee) + ¢55 for Canada and the United States and a surcharge of of 3.9% (of shipping fee) + ¢0.55 for international order.
